Coverage: We deliver across the UAE (no P.O. boxes).
Processing: Orders placed before 13:00 are prepared the same/next business day.
Delivery time:

• Dubai / Sharjah / Ajman: 1–2 working days

• Abu Dhabi & other Emirates: 2–4 working days
  Fees: Delivery AED 15. Free over AED 99.
  Cash on Delivery: Available; COD fee AED 10 (if selected).
  Tracking: SMS/Email with tracking link after dispatch.
  Failed delivery: Up to 2 attempts. Contact us to change address before dispatch.
  Notes: Public holidays or remote areas may add time.

• أبوظبي والإمارات الأخرى: 2–4 أيام عمل
  الرسوم: التوصيل 15 درهم، مجاني للطلبات فوق 99 درهم.
  الدفع عند الاستلام: متاح؛ رسوم 10 دراهم.
  التتبع: نرسل رابط التتبع عبر الرسالة النصية/البريد.
  فشل التسليم: حتى محاولتين؛ يمكن تعديل العنوان قبل الشحن.
  ملاحظة: قد يحدث تأخير في العطلات أو المناطق البعيدة.
