Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Orders before 13:00 are usually processed the same or next working day.

Delivery Coverage
We deliver across all Emirates in the UAE. P.O. Box addresses are not accepted.

Delivery Time
Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: 1–2 business days
Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah: 2–3 business days

Delivery Fees
Standard delivery fee: AED 15
Free delivery for orders above AED 99 or during selected promotions

Cash on Delivery
Available. A service fee of AED 10 may apply.

Tracking Orders
You will receive tracking details via SMS or email once your order is dispatched.

Missed Delivery / Wrong Address
The courier may attempt delivery up to 2 times. If unsuccessful, our team will contact you to reschedule. Additional fees may apply. Address changes must be requested before shipment.
