Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Time

• Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: 1–2 business days

• Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, RAK: 2–3 business days

We deliver through trusted UAE courier partners with live tracking and delivery confirmation.

Delivery Fees
A standard delivery fee applies, depending on your area and order size.
Free shipping is available for selected promotions or special campaigns.

Missed Delivery / Wrong Address
If the courier cannot reach you, our team will contact you to reschedule.
Repeated delivery attempts may incur additional fees.

Tracking Orders
You’ll receive an SMS or email once your order is out for delivery.

النطاق: التوصيل لجميع إمارات الدولة (لا نقبل صناديق البريد).
المعالجة: الطلبات قبل 13:00 تُجهز في نفس/أول يوم عمل.
مدة التوصيل:

• دبي/الشارقة/عجمان: 1–2 يوم عمل

• أبوظبي والإمارات الأخرى: 2–4 أيام عمل
  الرسوم: التوصيل 15 درهم، مجاني للطلبات فوق 99 درهم.
  الدفع عند الاستلام: متاح؛ رسوم 10 دراهم.
  التتبع: نرسل رابط التتبع عبر الرسالة النصية/البريد.
  فشل التسليم: حتى محاولتين؛ يمكن تعديل العنوان قبل الشحن.
  ملاحظة: قد يحدث تأخير في العطلات أو المناطق البعيدة.
