Terms & Conditions – UAE Compliance

Welcome to Orvana.ae. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in accordance with applicable laws in the United Arab Emirates. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the website immediately.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or place an order. By using this website, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age and refuse service if necessary.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the absolute right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

• Pricing errors
• Stock unavailability
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Operational or technical issues

All prices are listed in AED and include applicable VAT. Payment must be completed before shipment (except COD where applicable).

4. Payment & Fraud Prevention

You must use valid payment details belonging to you. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders flagged by our fraud detection systems, including repeated failed deliveries or suspicious activity.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is available within the UAE. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, public holidays, or external factors.

Risk and ownership of goods transfer to the customer upon delivery. The customer is responsible for ensuring availability at the delivery address.

Orders returned due to:

• Incorrect address
• Failure to answer calls
• Refusal to accept delivery

may be subject to re-delivery fees or service restrictions (including restriction of Cash on Delivery).

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed strictly by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Returns are accepted within 7 days only if items are unused and in original condition.

Approved returns are issued as store credit only. No cash refunds will be issued unless required by UAE law (e.g., defective or incorrect products).

Hygiene-related products and items in direct contact with the body are non-returnable once opened.

7. Product Disclaimer

Product appearance, packaging, accessories, and minor details may vary between manufacturing batches. Such variations do not constitute defects if the product meets its advertised functionality.

8. Warranty

Products may include manufacturer warranties. Orvana does not provide additional warranties beyond those required by law or provided by the manufacturer.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orvana shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, data, or business interruption.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

10. Abuse & Misuse Policy

We reserve the right to restrict or refuse service, including Cash on Delivery, to customers who:

• Repeatedly refuse deliveries
• Provide false or incomplete information
• Attempt to abuse return policies
• Engage in fraudulent or harmful activity

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Orvana and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orvana from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the website.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
