Welcome to Orvana.ae. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the site.

1. Eligibility and Age: You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or make a purchase. By using Orvana.ae, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Accounts or purchases by individuals under 18 are not permitted without a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to request proof of age if necessary.

2. Account Registration: Some features may require creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your account information and password confidential. All information you provide must be accurate and up-to-date. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used fraudulently.

3. Orders and Payment: When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s). We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion (for example, in case of pricing errors or stock issues). All prices on our site are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include any applicable VAT. We accept various payment methods, including major credit/debit cards (and Cash on Delivery if offered). Payment must be received in full before we ship the products. If paying by card, you must use your own valid card and ensure the billing details are correct. We use secure payment processors to protect your information, and we do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

4. Shipping & Delivery: We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates. We will make every effort to process and deliver your order promptly. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout (typically [X–Y] business days, depending on your location). However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays can occur due to courier issues or other factors. Title to and risk of loss for products pass to the customer upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the provided address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to receive, we may contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional fees may apply). Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

5. Returns & Refunds: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. In summary, we allow returns within 14 days of delivery for most products, as long as items are unused and in original condition. Refunds for approved returns are given as store credit, not cash, and a AED 25 return fee applies. 6. Product Warranty: Many products sold on Orvana may include a manufacturer’s warranty. Any warranty applicable to your product will be as per the manufacturer’s terms and will be stated in the product description or documentation. We will assist customers in contacting the manufacturer or facilitating warranty claims when possible. However, Orvana itself does not provide any additional warranty beyond those provided by manufacturers or required by law. If you encounter a product defect within the warranty period, please contact us or the manufacturer for support. This warranty provision does not limit your rights under the law for defective products, including your right to return items as described in our Return Policy.

7. Intellectual Property: All content on Orvana.ae – including text, images, graphics, logos, design, and software – is property of Orvana or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes the “Orvana” name and logo, which are our trademarks. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the site without our prior written permission, except for your personal, non-commercial use. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination or legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orvana will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the website or purchase of products. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangibles. In all cases, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to any product or your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for that product or service. Orvana provides all products and services “as is” and makes no warranties or representations except those expressly stated. This section does not limit any rights you may have under UAE law, which vary by jurisdiction.

9. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orvana and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claim or demand (including reasonable legal fees) made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

10. Changes to Terms: Orvana may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we make changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last Updated” date. Changes will become effective when posted. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of our site or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts. We aim to resolve any concerns amicably, so we encourage you to contact us first to discuss any issue.

4. الشحن والتسليم: نقوم حاليًا بالتوصيل داخل نطاق دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. سنبذل قصارى جهدنا لمعالجة طلبك وتسليمه بسرعة. سيتم تزويدك بمواعيد تقديرية للتسليم عند إتمام الطلب (عادة ما تتراوح بين [X–Y] أيام عمل حسب موقعك). ومع ذلك، فإن مواعيد التسليم تقريبية وليست مضمونة، فقد تطرأ تأخيرات نتيجة عوامل تتعلق بشركات الشحن أو غيرها من الظروف. تنتقل ملكية المنتجات وخطر فقدانها إليك بمجرد التسليم. يُرجى التأكد من تواجد شخص لاستلام الشحنة في العنوان المحدد. إذا تم إرجاع الشحنة إلينا بسبب عنوان غير صحيح أو عدم استلامها، فسنتواصل معك لإعادة جدولة التسليم (وقد يتم تطبيق رسوم إضافية). رسوم الشحن (إن وجدت) غير قابلة للاسترداد بمجرد شحن الطلب.

10. التعديلات على الشروط: يجوز لـ Orvana تحديث هذه الشروط والأحكام أو تعديلها في أي وقت. وفي حال إجراء تغييرات، سنقوم بنشر النسخة المحدثة على هذه الصفحة وتحديث تاريخ "آخر تحديث". تصبح التغييرات سارية فور نشرها. وتقع على عاتقك مسؤولية مراجعة هذه الشروط دوريًا. إن استمرارك في استخدام الموقع بعد إجراء أي تغييرات يعتبر موافقة منك على الشروط المعدلة.
